DALLAS, Texas— The Dallas Seos are doing the impossible—they are taking their customer base for granted.
The company, which is based in the small Texas city of Dallas, is trying to make the most of its customers’ growing appetite for customized tailored clothing, footwear and home furnishings.
The Dallas-based company has grown from a one-person operation in 2013 to a 200-person business with more than 100 employees.
“We do a lot of things we never thought of doing,” said Jim Davis, Dallas Seoes founder and chief operating officer.
“Customization is what makes us successful, and we can do it much better than we ever thought.”
The company started by creating custom-tailored items to fit the needs of a specific clientele.
The concept of the company was to bring together a group of people with a passion for design, and create a unique and creative experience.
For example, the company would create a custom dress to fit a specific customer’s wardrobe.
The clothing is then hand-crafted and delivered by an expert seamstress.
“I want it to feel like a personal experience,” Davis said.
“The more people we have, the more people can experience that.”
The Dallas companies goal is to take the customer experience to a new level.
“It’s been hard,” said Lisa Smith, a Dallas Seoe employee.
