The housing crisis has left the country on the brink of the worst recession since the Second World War.
Many people are struggling to find housing and are facing eviction, while the Government is cutting services and introducing restrictions.
But there is also an alternative option.
We take a look at how to find a house in your area.
What is a house?
A house is an area where people live together, typically in the same household.
In England and Wales, there are around 7.5 million house-owners and 6.4 million renters.
The median house-owner is in their 50s and 60s.
The average house-renter is in her early 30s.
House prices have been falling rapidly since the end of the financial crisis.
But the number of houses sold in England and Scotland has risen to a new record of 6.3 million.
Where do you live?
The UK is divided into the major cities, including London, Manchester and Glasgow.
Each has a different housing market.
There are a number of factors that make it difficult for people to get into a house.
If you are an older adult who wants to rent, you may be able to get a deposit on a property for a lower rate, but if you are a younger person, you will need to rent.
There is also the issue of who will buy the property.
If the property is sold for a low price, people who have lived there for some time may be reluctant to buy.
This is a huge issue in Scotland.
For those looking to buy, the Government has introduced an increase in the minimum deposit required.
A new £2,500 minimum deposit is required for anyone who wants a property in Scotland to be eligible for a new Home Loan Guarantee scheme.
However, this is capped at £5,000, which means it is unlikely that you will get a loan if you don’t have enough money.

Is there a shortage of homes?
The Scottish Government has set a target of building 25,000 new homes a year by 2020.
However there are currently a record number of empty houses in Scotland, according to a report by the National Housing Federation.
The number of households without a home has increased by almost 300,000 since 2010.
The Government has been criticised for trying to tackle the problem through building more homes, but many have pointed to the shortage of new homes as a sign that the Government isn’t doing enough to address the housing problem.
